I created this sample by mixing black and gold acrylic paint with water and then sprinkling salt over the top, i particualy like the way the colours have merged.
Here i rolled string around a paintbust and then brused on acrylic paint and then rolled it down the paper.
This sample was also made using string, but this time i soaked the string in ink amd added multiple layers to give a more busy look.
For this sample i just lay the ink soaked string on my paper and covered with a sheet of paper and pressed down.
These samples show great potential for repeat design as well as having descriptive surfaces. The string and paintbrush creates a rhythmic motif where as your other samples celebrate chance and creative chaos.
